The trade at the Battle Frontier that was originally for a Meowth now gives you a Jirachi, with a suitable pokemon being asked for. Feebas can be caught by normally fishing in Route 114 with a Good Rod, though the original catching method itself has been left unharmed (this is also true for National Dex). Pokemon in the Hoenn Dex, yet unavailable in Emerald, were put back into the game in the first area you would find them in other versions. Every box now looks different, meaning you can tell the difference between them easier. The box system will no longer cycle through only a couple of wallpapers when you first use it. You can now run indoors like in later games. A little blue or yellow never hurt anyone. Because even though I enjoy green I feel there is too much of it in Emerald, some green UI elements have been turned back to their original colors.

Unown uses the same sprite all the way until the games went to full 3D, and the other two are due to how the sprites for them work. These all come from the Sugimori Palettes set, so Unown, Spinda, and Deoxys are unaffected.
Some animation actions were changed to fit them a little better. Pokemon sprites were replaced all over with improved ones, including animation frames. Then when it?s time for them to be triggered, when you go to the ferry the sailor will notice your tickets as if you went through Mystery Gift. All you need to do is pick them up and everything's done for you, flags and all. You don't need to jump through any hoops for these, as I replaced some less-than-important item balls in fitting places (places already deemed as hidden bonuses on the map) for these. Ferry Events are completely doable without hacking, including the Mew one Game Freak never got around to giving tickets outside of Japan for.

There is also a fix for an erroneous early battle with May that would feature a Torkoal if you?re using a wrong dump (the battle was re-pointed to free space in the ROM, meaning this won?t effect you at all if it doesn?t pertain to you). Bugfixes used: PRNG fix (which basically means you can't exploit the RNG in Pokemon Wilds anymore) and the Pomeg Berry fix (this would cause HP to hit an underflow if a Pomeg was used on a 1-HP Pokemon not named Shedinja). As far as I know this is only Emerald hack in existence to do such a thing decap bases exist but they're incomplete. Almost the entire script has been decapitalized, outside of a few scant exceptions in the FAQ which I thought looked better otherwise.
