If you plan to ADD all these mods at once, it be probably best in SINGLE player. Remember for CO-OP play both players need the same mods (well not on all mods). After that I'll grab the 100% unlocked saved game to save myself some time.Let's play with many MODS as possible.

Spy Guy says: I haven't had a chance to even install Saints Row: The Third yet, but these mods have compelled me to load it up on Steam and start all the downloading.
45 pistols, larger blast radiuses on your explosives, faster swimming, higher climbing, more survivability when you fall long distances, fart smell amplification, modified inventory slots and too much else to list. Creating a completely over the top Saints Row: The Third experience, it adds several of the modifications above and more giving you a shark gun with more bite, fully auto. Now, I've left ExcessiveSR3 Mod to last, but by no means is it the weakest mod on this list. There is also a few other game tweaks, so be sure to check out their page. Also, in case you need more meat-bags to test your arsenal on, this mod puts STAG patrols surrounding your headquarters again. Examples of this are the STAG aircraft carrier Thermopylae and the floating STAG base Daedalus, both of which are put back into the game with this Endgame mod. When you finish Saints Row: The Third, several of the interesting parts of the city are removed as you resolve missions. Nothing makes me sadder than getting an in-game toy and finding it swiftly taken away after a mission.
The modification also eliminates that annoying camera shake while you tear up the streets of Steelport in the highest gear and prevents your ride from disappearing when you stray from your car to shakedown folks who don't respect the Saints. Giving your vehicles more horsepower and your F-69 enough of a speed boost to feel like a proper jet, Super Fast Cars and VTOL+ will quench your need for blinding speed by tweaking torque, gear ratios, drift speed and more. You can get a 100% unlocked saved game here. Note: To take advantage of some of these mods, you'll need most of the game unlocked. We've picked five of our favorites to give the Saints an edge against those Syndicate losers. So it's no surprise that Saints Row: The Third inspires similarly insane user-created modifications. The ludicrously twisted world of Steelport is fraught with brain-munching zombies, huge weaponized sex toys and a hungry tiger whose main joy in life is clawing your face from the backseat of your car.
